Trust me So I got one of these a long time ago and about 6 months in I realized the joystick got loose and drifted a little. at first it wasn’t a big deal but eventually it just annoyed me. It just killed my ocd. Most of the comment you may read are like this. They mention only the bad. However I contacted them and it couldn’t have been better. They have a 2 year warranty. I don’t know about you but two years is a long time. So as soon as I contacted them and showed my proof of purchase they immediately sent me a new one and I also got to keep the old one. So honestly while I had a problem with the first one. It took 6 months before that actually happened and they also replaced it. Side note: customer service was amazing. Thank y’all so much!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Nani from It’s been great for a year which is long for me My brother bought me this controller for christmas 2018. i personally prefer wired so i don’t have to worry about charging it or buying batteries. it’s been amazing the entire time i’ve had it, and then only problem i’ve had is that the past few months, the a button double clicks sometimes and the left thumb stick is a little messed up. it doesn’t drift but sometimes when i move it forward or try to sprint, it makes my character move really slow. but, honestly, considering the fact that these controllers are way cheaper than most and has lasted me longer than most, i think it’s amazing. i usually get stick drift or sticky buttons within six months. highly recommend!

Rated 5 out of 5 by The_Wafflenerd from Quite impressive This was pretty great for the price when reading the specs and I wasn't disappointed when it arrived, the build quality is excellent, I experienced no deadzone / trigger issues or sticky buttons and no annoying clicking that some controllers tend to make, headset functionality is great and fine-tuning via the Free PDP App is most welcomed as it handles firmware updates quite effectively too, The controller comes with a decent cord length however I do hope a Braided variant may be available in the future as this would be a great feature for vintage enthusiasts, Overall It's a well made fuss free controller that delivers great performance and is indeed worth the purchase.

Rated 4 out of 5 by The Dictator from Works Fine on Windows 10. Windows auto-install drivers and controller works as intended. Buttons don't feel as tactile as Xbox One controller but extremely similar. Controller looks nice but is a bit slippery in the hand.

I went into the PDP app and recalibrated all of the buttons and this is when it stopped working. Now when I plug the controller in the LB button acts as if it is stuck and always is on. overall I have had a bad and good experience with PDP. what do I mean by this? will I had the afterglow AG9s for two years and they worked flawlessly but I have also had another PDP controller and the LT button broke within a weak. So if you are going to buy this controller I would not recommend it but I also should add that when I had the afterglow ag9s I Broke the mic on it and when I contacted customer support they wore more than happy to help me with the problem and sent me a new mic for FREE with 2 day shipping.

I had read the reviews and saw the mixed bag of experiences, but I crossed my fingers and hoped I didn't get a dud. The first controller I got had an unresponsive bumper so I exchanged it for another one after a couple days. Then the second one I got simply stopped turning on a week later. Now that I'm on the third controller the buttons have started getting stuck and the left joystick button is almost unresponsive in certain positions. I'm done.

I was using some cheap thing I got at ebgames it was a ps3/pc controller but the sticks were laid out like an xbox controller, which is important to me becaus of a work injury where my wrist was sliced to the bone severing all the tendons and nerves I can no longer use a Ps3/4 controller because I cant acess the left shoulder buttons due to limited movement in my hand, doctors say it could take up to 2 years for everything to heal and get back to normal. The cheap biogenik controller I got at ebgames was always lagging and both sticks would drift ALOT. I found this one at a staples and they let me open the package to try it out and this is a great product very comfortable and very good quality

For 25$ this is a great controller, I really didnt expect this controller to be so good, the LB & RB are slightly stiffy but definitely are still in good condition . The back panels also help with switching out weapons in games like Apex Legends, and Modern Warfare. I also think its a cool addon that you can take out the cord that attachs your controller to the xbox, just incase if the cord breaks. I personally think if they made a more high quality for the same price as the Basic Xbox controller it would be amazing.
