Rated 2 out of 5 by from Alright for the price. Funnily enough, I bought this close to a few weeks ago, a purple wired controller from best buy. Worked great for a bit, but it has connection issues, occasionally disconnects from my laptop (gl63 msi) and my right triggers spring popped out of place. The screws broke off half way inside the rear plastic shell when trying to unscrew. All in all, it's 25$ and i can't really complain cause it isn't all that expensive but after not even a whole month of use? Seriously? Worst part is that i can't even return it anymore so i'm kindof just stuck without a controller mid quarantine. the frick

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Works... But only for two months I bought this controller two months ago. And it worked perfectly on my XBox One and PC. It behaves just like the original XBox controller and has a nice weight. However starting last week when I press RT, the console and the PC get a signal saying i moved the X-Axis. That way racing games and any other game become unplayable as you end up turing instead of accelerating.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Held up pretty well over the years of ownership I got an Xbox One S a couple years back, and bought this controller along with it, and it still holds up very well! Though I have noticed a few issues. The joysticks are very stiff, and often get locked into a position where I have to click them back into place, which isn't super useful when playing a game. And also the grooved of the camo get yellowed and gross over time, due to all your gamer hand gunk getting into them. You're able to scratch it out but it's very time consuming + probably quicker and easier to just buy a new controller. Overall if you get a controller that doesn't have a camo print it should be fine, however perhaps be prepared to replace some joysticks.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't waste your money What a joke this controller is. Only after two months does the trigger stop working completely. You would expect more use (and I'm talking about a few times per week if that) that this wouldn't happen. I've downloaded the app on windows and sure enough when testing or trying to calibrate the trigger it still doesn't work. Just emphasises how terrible this merchandise is. Naturally I didn't keep my receipt, so there is nothing more that I can do. I will never buy this product or any associated product with PDP every again. Pathetic product and company, go elsewhere!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Triggers always wear down (Quick) Everything is good until you get to the triggers. The triggers wear down so easily. I’ve literally had this controller for less than three weeks! The right trigger is losing it’s springiness. Not to mention this has happened to me before with a previous PDP controller but I gave it the benefit of the doubt because it was used (great condition though), and was a previous model. This controller maybe would have been worth it, if it was $25, but at the time I had to pay the full $30. I’d like an exchange, but the warranty page says I need a receipt. Well... I didn’t keep the receipt, because I thought these controllers were good. The buttons on the back are perfect, the rest is just appalling. I now currently am holding up my trigger with a rubber band, trying to get the experience I paid for.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Garbage I bought this remote 3 days ago from target, worked great the first day, second day the trigger slightly caved in and felt lose. Third day the right trigger completely caved in and controller is unusable..

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Waste of Money Not even 6 months of use, thumb grips torn apart. Sometimes controller gets unresponsive and not recognized by USB root. Very poor quality of this product. I won't recommend to buy anyone. >:(

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Worked Great...For a Week A week after getting this controller one of the knobs broke. Upon further inspection the knobs are attached to a very thin post on the controller board. The knob itself has a very small, thin-walled hole that goes over the post. I've had PDP controllers for years and have abused them to varying degrees with no ill effects. My six year old broke it playing with it for a week.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from You Get What You Pay For. . . Bought this mainly to use for chatting seeing as I'm on a steering wheel these days. First day out of box I was getting bad static in and out throughout usage. I filed a claim and it it went away so I didn't proceed with it but has since come back. Audio jack is also very very low, and you can not use it with the Xbox one audio accessory as it doesn't have adequate openings to clip in. I cheaped out and I'm paying for it now. Good enough for the super basics needs but not worth it to me. Ill spend the money on an official one next time.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent price/quality First of all, I want to let you know that I use this for my Windows 10 PC, not Xbox, so I can't review any of the party hotkeys, audio jack,... This controller is pretty great for it's price. I've been using one for a month now, and it took some getting used to coming from an original Xbox One controller, especially the texture on the thumb sticks. Other than that, it's pretty similar to the original Xbox Controller. In the first couple of weeks, I did have a problem with the controller. It has these adhesive rubbers inside of the case, behind the triggers, and one of them got behind my right trigger, blocking it from going to it's standard position, but after opening it up, it put the rubber back to it's place and haven't had any problem with that particular issue. It comes with a long enough cable in my opinion, it's not too heavy, it doesn't feel cheap at all, but I would have loved to see some grip in the back, the texture feels too smooth and when your hands get sweaty, it can get annoying. There's a ton of colour options too, so that's a big plus. Other than that, I can't say anything bad about it. The PDP Hub for Windows 10 is great, I had to turn down the vibration a lot because I thought that was quite heavy. I didn't have to install any drivers myself, just plug it in and start playing, I can only recommend this controller to anyone not wanting to spend double on the original!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not what expected at all I bought this because my £15 Power A controller which I had for 4 years started to have sticky triggers broke, So I came across this and i thought "it'll probably have buttons for triggers" but when I got it, IT WAS AMAZING for £25 its like an official controller but wired which is OK because i don't see the point in pay £50 in battery's each year. Only have one TINY issue the triggers move to the side slightly under pressure I realized this play F1 2020 (basically the only game I play) but I'll get used to it In conclusion, great product all round would recommend no matter what.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Good but... I bought this one for games to control bit easier then the keyboard. I didn’t use it much first three months but after that i used more and more. At that period it was pretty good. It reacts fast everything was okay. Not long after it has “own live”. The controller suddenly steers left or right. I literally didn’t touch the button to steer it steers on his one... How the heck i can play a game when an controller suddenly steers/turns right or left? It happen now too often and it really annoys me.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Overall worth it In my opinion, the D-Pad is even better than the original one. The only thing i dislike about the controller is how it feels pressing down on the analog sticks. I definitely recommend it if you're a pc gamer. If you're a console gamer, it may have a few issues.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from There's a problem It works fine as a controller, for the most part. But it doesn't work with headphones, there is a spot for a headphone Jack, but no sound comes out, which takes a lot of fun out of playing games

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works well until the trigger breaks I bought this controller on September 19th 2019 and lasted me until January 29th 2020. Everything work really well until my right trigger lost its spring and is loose. 4 STARS

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Just stops working The controller dose not turn on i suspect that the port broke after less than 1 mouth of use. Didn't do anything to damage the controller just broke after normal use.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Standard 3rd party. This was a Christmas gift and I used it for 6 or 7 gaming sessions afterwards. It fell off my desk and just stopped working. I was pretty surprised such a minor fall broke it. It worked wonderfully but the second any harm becomes it it is done for. This was similar amongst other friends of mine as well. Shame I barely used it for 50 hours. I went to open it up to see if I could find the issue and I noticed the screws were pre-stripped to avoid from opening...not cool. It's a fine remote if you can ensure it will 100% be in a harm free environment.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Lasts maybe a month I bought one from gamestop and after 2 weeks, the right trigger jammed in and rendered the controller useless. Luckily I had the warranty. Took it back and replaced it. After a week of use, the left stick has a heavy drift. Keep in mind we were playing Roblox. I can only imagine how fast it would’ve broken while playing a FPS....

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Ok for that price After less than 10 hours of playing, controller broke down - audio output stopped working. It might be a design failure since it's very easy to pull out audio socket from controller's motherboard just by holding headphones cable while plugged in. PDP need to address this issue asap.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor quality. I typically use afterglow controllers for xbox (buy one of those instead), but gamestop was out of those and only carried this model. 13 days after i bought the first controller, the triggers collapsed. Luckly I had warranty, and got the exact same model for free. A week after that my thumb sticks developed major drift. Instead of getting a new one I just bit the bullet and waited for afterglows to come in stock. Ive never experienced this poor of quality from a controller before. DO NOT buy this model.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Broken LT spring after 3 months The spring that loads the left trigger broke after 3 months use, impossible to find a remplacement spring. The spring is worth probably 2 cents, but without it the trigger is useless, and therefore the controller is useless.
