didn't workThe original microphone design snapped in half from normal wear and tear and the replacement mic that we ordered didn't fully fit properly into the AG9+ and would not pass audio from Microphone into headset. The plastic grommet next to the microphone jack itself that's designed to fit into the female receiver of the headset is loose and doesn't feel secure as if the microphone could fall out at any given moment. (The microphone doesn't fit securely into the headset either) (And does not pass audio). See Case# 2219702
Also See Shipment # 100049847 for Order # 100060688
where we purchased a new replacement mic from where the original was broken.

Beautiful and functional controllerThis is a wired XBOX controller that comes with a clear, transparent body and has 4 LED lights affixed to the control board. The color and intensity of the lights can be set using the app. The app can also be used to adjust audio, vibration settings and re-map buttons on the controller. The controller is shaped the same way as the original XBOX controller. The buttons are responsive and easy to press. The cord is 10 feet long and being wired saves the trouble of recharging batteries. There is a 3.5 mm audio jack to connect headphones. Overall, this Afterglow controller is easy to setup and use, does what it is supposed to do and the lights look nice.

New Favorite Controller! This controller is really cool looking. I am a huge fan of when electronics have see-through casings that lets you see all the internal workings. The different light options is such a great feature since it lets you see your controller in the dark. But there is a small draw back the buttons are fully black so when they are back lit from the LED lights you can’t see the markings on the buttons so you have to get close to make out which button you intend to press. Other than that the controller is comfortable to hold in your hands while playing. The sticks move smoothly while playing. I really do like this controller so I would recommend.

Cool looking controller for casual gamerThis is a neat controller for a casual gamer. It’s super cool to be able to see the internals of how the controller works through the clear plastic and the RGB colors add an extra layer of pizzaz. I use it for PC so being wired is perfect as I’ve always had issues with wireless controllers losing connection to my PC. The cord is long enough you could also use it for couch if your TV isn’t more than 10ft from the couch, but you might trip someone if there’s foot traffic in front of the TV. The one downside is the clear plastic shows a lot of fingerprints and can get a bit slick, but I casually so that doesn’t cause me to lose games and overall I think it’s a very cool looking controller for the price!

Really cool controllerOverall this is an awesome controller for the Switch. The transparent light up feature that can be turned off is the highlight of the controller and the cycling through the colors and brightness is quick and easy. The controller feels good in one's hand when playing and the back pedals are always appreciated. The joysticks on this controller are some of the best I've ever played with. A major bummer with this controller though is that the switch can not be turned on with it and there is no vibration feature. The button presses are also too deep which often results in failed inputs so they should have been shallower.

Pdp pls replace our mics with the old 1s that fitI wonder... As a company, how could you allow a mistake like this to occur....... repeatedly? The AG9+ replacement gooseneck microphone does NOT fit the AG9+ headset!! THERE IS REVIEW AFTER REVIEW DESCRIBING THE SAME ISSUES. You've sent out the wrong replacement part to god knows how many people :-O... I ordered one before, a basic mic,
which was just like the original. I like the new design because the flexible neck would prevent it from snapping off like it had with the original.... HOWEVER IT DOESN'T FIT PROPERLY WHICH MEANS YOU CANT USE IT WHICH MEANS ITS DEFECTIVE

Disappointed buyer from
Needs workI am happy with the headset I purchase but the microphones I am not happy with. They seem to stop working after a few months. The connection to the the head phones becomes a problem. I continuously have the manipulate the mic connection to have it work properly. People say they can hear me clearly when it does work but the takes some effort. I have complained to your company about this issue and only got more products thrown at me. I just purchased your new goose neck mic and still have the problem. The connection seems to not be right and I have to move the mic arround many times to get it to work. Very frustrating

Really nicely designed!Just got this yesterday and have to say I’m quite impressed with the design and ease of use. Having a little magnet is a nice touch to help align the batteries in the dock. I’d like to see different programming of the lights though; I’d rather the green underbelly lights did the breathing while charging and then turn OFF when charging is complete so they’re not always on. Also there is no indication that charging stops if I leave the controller on the dock (is this bad for battery life?). Lastly, I’d be cool if the dock could just plug into the Xbox usb.
Overall this is a very nice product compared with two other (duds) that we tried before getting this set.
