My 1st impression was good I like that it has a good amount of padding around the ears and even the band that sits on your head. The mic is a good size and works wonders you can hear others great and they can hear you clear as day. My husband has been wearing this almost nonstop since we got it and it had not bothered him one bit he says he feels even more into the game now because the sounds are so surreal from these. We did use them on a xbox 1, I like that these are compatible for multiple game systems it makes it more open to different players.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Kyliec from Comfortable and perfect fit The pdp LVL40 wired headset is extremely comfortable. The cushion over the ear supports my ears and keeps them from hurting. The headphones are extremely lightweight and you can barely tell that you are wearing them. I love the headband cushion because it also gives soft support to your head but it also prevents the headphones from sliding off. The microphone is bendable and is easily placed wherever you desire. I love that all I have to do is push the mic boon up to mute it. My ears dont get hot from wearing these while playing and I can hear everything. The sound is high quality. Overall, the comfort and sound quality make these headphones perfect for gaming.

Nice padding on ears and my favorite is the padding on the top head piece, doesn't feel like just a chunk of plastic sitting on your head. The sound is amazing and I don't catch any static or background noise. It's easily adjustable and I like that the volume control is right there on it. When I played with friends they told me the mic was clear and no garble on their end, even when my son was sitting right next to me begging to play with them. Also one of the best features for me is the flip up mute on the mic, so easy. The wire is a good length and overall I think I may have to get a second pair for my son.

It is great when playing co-op missions as I can easily hear the enemies coming. The microphone works well to clearly communicate with the team. It is also easy to mute and unmute the microphone and can be done by just flipping it. The sound quality of the headset is loud and clear. It also does a great job in blocking the outside noise to provide a perfect gaming experience. The headset is very comfortable. The cushion is soft and fits perfectly over my ear. Overall, a good quality headset which is decently priced.

I am so lucky to have received this new model for free for sharing my opinion on it - I absolutely would recommend you to give a try. I love the sleek build, fits my head so comfortably that I don’t suffer aches like some brands cause me to have. PDP Gaming figured out the perfect construction, people! So comfort is a bold check mark. Now the sound, it’s clear and I hear everything pronounced, what a clean sound! I am absolutely smitten with this new gadget of mine, proudly so. It deserves the recognition.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Kimmy32 from Very nice and comfortable I got this LVL40 wired stereo headset for my PS4 system 2 weeks ago and absolutely loves it. It is lightweight with soft foam cupping. I remember last week I was stuck to the game almost 14 hours but my ears still not hurt or irritated thanks to this headset. I actually in need it though because my current one makes my head, neck and ears hurt after a few hours! This headset has clear sound with amazing bass. You can feel the game lively and make progress on every move. It also works on other devices too. I did a test on my computer and it works nicely. I definitely would love to recommend it.

Sound is so clear and bass hits so nice that i have been using them for my music. According to my friends the mic sounds clear and muting by swiveling the boom is a awesome touch, i didnt even know i needed. Foam padding is comfortable and although not fully noise cancelling they do a good job of keeping outside noise minimal. If you are looking for a wired set of head phones i think these are a great choice!

They are super comfortable & I'm able to wear them for hours without any discomfort or cheap parts poking me. The sound quality perfect especially when comparing it to some of the most expensive gaming headsets out there. Playing war like games I can hear every footstep as well as the bass in the shots fired and extra background noise. The mic feature extends easily and I am heard nice & clear by others. I've never had any bad interruptions from the headset. The wire extends a good length so if you get excited like myself & jerk back the wire is long enough not to send them flying off your head. Great gaming headset!!
