Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Design but Takes a while to Charge So when I first saw this charging system, I worried that it was going to be big, like many systems I've seen in stores, and I won't have any room for it. Then I got it and was glad it was very small. It can fit anywhere and is about 5 inches tall. It comes with an extra battery which is always a great thing! It is also magnetic so the controller instantly connects to the charger without you needing to be precise in how you place it. Super convenient! When it's charging, there's a green light that lights up on the bottom; a really nice touch. The only problem I have is that it takes a very long time for it to charge fully. I believe it took a day!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quite impressive This was pretty great for the price when reading the specs and I wasn't disappointed when it arrived, the build quality is excellent, I experienced no deadzone / trigger issues or sticky buttons and no annoying clicking that some controllers tend to make, headset functionality is great and fine-tuning via the Free PDP App is most welcomed as it handles firmware updates quite effectively too, The controller comes with a decent cord length however I do hope a Braided variant may be available in the future as this would be a great feature for vintage enthusiasts, Overall It's a well made fuss free controller that delivers great performance and is indeed worth the purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The perfect Headset I recieved this LVL30 Gaming Wired Chat headset and its perfect for me to chat while I'm playing it is very convenient for me. I love that it's super light weight and does not weigh down in my head. I also really appreciate the mic on this headset, I think that it's super cool that with just a flip of the mic you can mute and unmute it. I can hear really clear and loud. You can tell these are not some cheap head set. You can also flip this to tight of left ear which is a plus because sometimes I like to switch it up. This headset is also not just compatible for PS4 you can also use it for Xbox One. This is a really great headset I like it alot.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Really cool A little tricky to get set up, so that has to be known. A lot of plugging and unplugging to get the lights to come on. Once that was over, this controller was a blast to play games with. It has a few different color settings, Mode 4 is my favorite. Even without the colors this thing looks cool. Definitely made to withstand rough playing, because my kids are rowdy and there isn’t a scratch on it. And it has an audio jack! Great for online play. The D pad isn’t touchy so that’s good. In the end I’d recommend it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor battery life and more. Having been a longtime user of the PS3 remote, I was expecting the equivalent for the PS4 to be just as good. Unfortunately, that is not the case. This remote stinks. The batteries don't last nearly as long as they do in the PS3 remote, and for some reason I can't fathom, they have designed this thing to shut itself off after 10 minutes. Do you want to pause the movie you're watching? Do you want to navigate your menus after not having touched the remote for the past 10 minutes? Well then, you're going to need to press the PS button and wait a little for the remote to turn back on and reconnect. The remote is also not particularly responsive, the enter button is mushy and often takes several presses to register. A massive disappointment. If I were Sony, I wouldn't license pdp to make any more official peripherals.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works great I love this charger! This is one of the best charging stations that I've bought for anything. The controllers sit right in the compact and lightweight base. You can put this anywhere and it's easy to store when not in use. The rechargeable battery packs that fit into your controller are a perfect fit and after a charge worked for a long time. his is one of the best charging stations that I've bought for anything. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great remote! Picked up this remote since we needed something to control our Xbox system while watching movies, etc! This is almost perfect! I can’t decide if I love the textured feel; I do hope it’ll last and not get worn or funky. Because of the texture and slimness it can be difficult to press some buttons (especially volume) and know it worked, buttons could use a little more travel or be larger. A couple other design choices could have been better; love the motion activated lighting, however it would be nice if it stayed lit for longer (or could be set by user), be awesome if the xbox button lit up too. Overall it’s very nice and a great accessory to have, even if a little better functionality is traded for slick design.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great controller This is a very nice Wired Controller for Xbox that works very well and is made very well. The materials are made of good quality. I love that you can control both game and chat audio and also has a built in audio jack for communicating with others in game. You can also mute your mic from the controller as well. The cord is long enough to reach just about anywhere so you are not limited to just sitting close to the TV. This controller works great with out XBOX one and our computer so you can play your games on either with no problems at all. The colors are nice and has 4 different settings so you can change it up to look nice or set a theme if you are a streamer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Impressed This is the perfect accessory to any game room and for any Xbox fan. It has a nice clean design that doesn't take up too much space and looks pretty sleek. The lights look amazing, and it even adjusts to the lighting in the room so it won't bug your eyes in the dark. I was impressed with how easily the controller snapped into place and stayed in place. You can easily tell how much the controller has charged by looking at the lights on the front of the system. It charges pretty quickly and holds its charge. Now my controllers have a place to rest and charge when I'm not using them. It's perfect!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good case for the price Pretty happy with this case for our Switch. It offers good protection for the Switch at a reasonable price. I like that the Switch is able to be strapped into the case but is still playable and able to charge. When you take the joy-cons off the device they store perfectly in the case. Zippers work great and haven’t had any issues with them getting stuck. One area for improvement but not a deal breaker by any means - wish the insert at the bottom was attached better. Appears to be held down with glue and ours was separating in spots. I pressed it down and seemed to reattach ok but would be better if it were sewn in. All in all, a decent case. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Better than the stock controller grip! We were looking for an additional full-size controller and decided to give this one a try because of the charging feature. It's very similar in design and size to the stock controller grip that comes with the console. However, this grip feels more sturdy and the triggers are more ergonomic. Also, the charging aspect is a huge benefit considering the stock grip doesn't have charging capabilities. The charging cable is long enough where you can still be playing on the couch and charging your joy-cons from the console. Overall, this is a very nice controller grip upgrade from the stock grip that's include with the console.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good voice quality I got this PDP Gaming Lvl30 Wired Chat Headset for trial and I can say that the over all quality is good. The voices of all my online friends can be heard clearly and not static. I also like the noise cancellation feature. The only downside I can give is how the mute feature is designed. As a gamer, I used to have a headset with a mute button. This headset on the other hand, you just need to move it all the way up to unmute which I think is uncomfortable. I have tried the mute feature and it worked but still there's a feeling of animosity if it will work all the time. Overall, good product!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Loved this! I loved this! I'm brand new to the switch and I found the original controllers a little restricting (and a little too much drift). I'd prefer wireless but you really can't beat this. The cord is long enough to fit to my switch pretty much wherever it's at, even my tv. I love playing in the dark so the light up controller is a dream, it lets me see what I'm doing. It's easy to change colors or cycle through them at your preference. I really like that it's officially licensed by Nintendo, so I know it's guaranteed to work with my system.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Better Than The Stock One The charge grip is a very good solution to having extra joycons and making sure they stay charged, the grip is really comfortable and the cable is really high quality, the joycons slide in nicely and the grip has a latch that allows joycons with broken latches to be secured, i use it whenever i play in TV mode and as a player two controller, however the buttons on it feel rather mushy and there is allot of post travel after actuation the lack of an included battery is also pretty meh, considering each joycon's battery is only like 500mah a 2000mah battery wouldn't add too much bulk and would significantly improve the battery life of the grip

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great replacement USB transmitter Lost my old transmitter for my old AG9 xbox one headphones. Bought a new transmitter and paired quickly with my old headset. Only left side speaker worked though. Tried plugging in a headphone cable to the headset and controller, that didn't work getting sound in both speakers. Found out the headphones will work if I use a NEW xbox one controller. If I use the original controller that came with my xbox, only one speaker works. So, if you only have sound in one speaker, try a new xbox controller, repair the headset, and enjoy. Hope this helps someone. Thanks, Will

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Elite Case! The play and charge case is the perfect case for you Switch. The outer shell is firm and the inside is made with a soft material that will not scratch your screen. The case is firm and will protect your switch, especially if you keep it in a backpack with all of your other items. The case is also a stand for your switch if you want to play on the go alone or with friends. This is the feature that makes it stand out from other cheap cases. There is also space for your charger and additional joy-con controller. I would definitely recommend this item, especially if you want to keep your Switch in great condition!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not working for pc. Upon pairing via Bluetooth, the cursor begins to drift. Getting into steam is impossible while the controller is freaking out. Buttons also do not respond as they should, and open up windows magnifier, virtual keyboard and other windows. It works alright on switch, which would be fine if I purchased it to play on switch. I bought it because official pro controllers are supported by steam. Very disappointing for a product "officially licensed by Nintendo". Support documents also seem to be lacking and a firmware or driver download don't seem to be available

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great case! Just picked up this case up, great quality. planning on putting a power bank in the one side that holds the power cable. So I can have more portable power when I have no access to a outlet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome controller I much prefer this controller to the standard switch controllers. It feels good to hold, and my wrist/hands don’t get tired using it. The light up part is a pleasant bonus that I enjoy. I’m a fan of LED lighting and the fact that I can change the color is super fun. The only thing that I would change is the back plate- I’m not sure what feature it provides and the movement is distracting. Thankfully it is removable and is still aesthetically pleasing and you don’t lose any functionality when it is taken off. Pretty solid product, and I’m going to buy more so my friends have the option to enjoy the controller themselves.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not the right one I ended up getting some of these for my friend who has some cool pixel pals. However, not knowing which one fit his pixel pal(I guess there’s two different versions) I ended up just choosing one of em. One just says 8-bit and the other says standard. Neither myself or my friend could tell which one to get until we looked at one. These were the wrong ones and for some reason I wasn’t able to exchange/return them just to get the right ones. Very disappointed in the service and the information that they give online. Now I have adapters I can’t use for anything.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great tool for navigating my xbox one x! Don't mind the negative reviews that complain about not changing the channels for their cable box! LOL this is an Xbox remote, not your TV remote replacement. This thing works great for your xbox x, easily moving thru my dashboard and apps. Sometimes I have my xbox controller charging or just not near me or I don't want to hold something that bulky just to change or type something, makes it easy. I wouldn't count on this to be my TV controller, thats just silly. Plus it looks sleek af!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome controller! My boys love this controller! It’s the most used controller in our home gaming system. The remote not only changes colors, but it changes colors as you press buttons/play your game. It’s easy to use, and it’s fun to watch the lights change colors-especially while playing in the dark!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from It’s okay... I bought this and thought it was defective when it arrived, but I think it just needed to be flexed a little in different directions. It had this stutter noise when I first got it, and me moving or walking in the slightest made it awful. It works fine now, with the occasional bzzzt noise from the mic moving (like if your waking around with the headphones on.), but it’s no where near as bad as when I had originally gotten it. Overall it works now, but it seemed like it needed almost a break-in period. I wish they had it so I could’ve ordered the same kind of mic that came with the headset, that just worked way better. (My kid broke the original) Customer Service told me it couldn’t be ordered without getting a whole other pair of headphones.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Does not stay connected :( I bought this about a week ago and it worked one day, everyday after that it only stays connected for 10 seconds max and then disconnects and goes into a loop of trying to connect. I want to love this controller, I've always wanted one, but I can not recommend a product that doesn't work. I've tried several trouble shooting methods to no avail. The time I used it was amazing, but considering the fact that it doesn't even work anymore forces me to return this product. Hopefully this doesn't happen to many more people

Rated 3 out of 5 by from It's good but could've been better... The PDP Gaming Talon Media Remote for the Xbox One S is pretty easy to operate. The light goes off too quickly making it hard to find the exact buttons to press withina good time. The hugest downside that keeps me from giving a 5-star rating, the large directional & enter circle is concaved rather than even with all other buttons. Being sunk in makes it truly difficult to select the directions & has cramped my hands too many times. It works well beyond those 2 flaws. If you can get beyond that, it's worth the $20 spent. If PDP offered a clear adhesived convexed button to improve this product, I'd upgrade it to a 5-star rating.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy and convenient I just love my new PDS charge system. It’s really cool, easy to use and convenient. Unlike my current one that I have to hook up the controller to the charge system, the PDS charge has magnet that automatically sync with the controller when I slightly place it on the top of the charger. Whenever I stop playing, it take me a second to place on the charge. Super easy. It can charge 2 controllers at the same time. Underneath of it, there is a blue light to make it easy to find in the dark. Of course, I barely turn on the room light whenever I play game, so this charger make it super cool to use.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I was so excited but... I bought this today and I was so hyped! It's such a cool looking controller and I was so ready to make it light up my favorite colors. But then I got home and tried syncing the controller. It wouldn't at all. I watched the videos and did exactly as they said. I charged it and it was glowing and fine. When I pressed the sync button, nothing happened. I plugged it in and tried again. Nothing happened. It refused to sync no matter what I tried. It just would not connect. And yes, my switch is up to date, and the Pro Controller Wired Communication was turned on when I tried with the wire. NOTHING WAS WORKING. And there's no help anywhere to be found on the internet, so I'm gonna try and return this thing to the store I bought it from. Save yourself the frustration and the $50 and don't buy this controller.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Stopped working after less than a month After less than a month, the controller stopped turning on. I'm charging it by plugging it into the usb port on the switch console. It glows red until it gets charged then it turns green. But, when I disconnect to pair it, it won't turn on again. Less than a month of use. Garbage controller

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Doesn’t work I purchased a new replacement microphone for my sons AG9+ Wireless headset only to discover that it doesn’t fit. I ensured that I ordered the correct replacement but it didn’t fit as snugly nor did it function. I email customer support and the assured me that it was the correct one and that I should try it again. Once again i tried with no better result. It still didn’t function. I again emailed the customer support rep and have not heard from them since. I’m very disappointed in the service of such a prominent company...very discouraging

Rated 1 out of 5 by from 3rd one. The first one that I had that came with it had stopped connecting. The second one started doing the same. The transmitters themselves work fine and are easy to get working, but they can't handle being taken out and put back in too much or they start getting loose and don't fit correctly in usb ports. I'm tired of having to order them. When they start acting up, I have to pull them up and tape them down just to get them working and if they're bumped, there's no guarantee they'll work again and I end up bending them to heII to get it to work or end up having to throw it away. They should lower the price with how many times they've gotta be replaced; it's a shame we've gotta pay to replace them anyway.
