My 1st impression was good I like that it has a good amount of padding around the ears and even the band that sits on your head. The mic is a good size and works wonders you can hear others great and they can hear you clear as day. My husband has been wearing this almost nonstop since we got it and it had not bothered him one bit he says he feels even more into the game now because the sounds are so surreal from these. We did use them on a xbox 1, I like that these are compatible for multiple game systems it makes it more open to different players.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Kyliec from Comfortable and perfect fit The pdp LVL40 wired headset is extremely comfortable. The cushion over the ear supports my ears and keeps them from hurting. The headphones are extremely lightweight and you can barely tell that you are wearing them. I love the headband cushion because it also gives soft support to your head but it also prevents the headphones from sliding off. The microphone is bendable and is easily placed wherever you desire. I love that all I have to do is push the mic boon up to mute it. My ears dont get hot from wearing these while playing and I can hear everything. The sound is high quality. Overall, the comfort and sound quality make these headphones perfect for gaming.

Nice padding on ears and my favorite is the padding on the top head piece, doesn't feel like just a chunk of plastic sitting on your head. The sound is amazing and I don't catch any static or background noise. It's easily adjustable and I like that the volume control is right there on it. When I played with friends they told me the mic was clear and no garble on their end, even when my son was sitting right next to me begging to play with them. Also one of the best features for me is the flip up mute on the mic, so easy. The wire is a good length and overall I think I may have to get a second pair for my son.

It is great when playing co-op missions as I can easily hear the enemies coming. The microphone works well to clearly communicate with the team. It is also easy to mute and unmute the microphone and can be done by just flipping it. The sound quality of the headset is loud and clear. It also does a great job in blocking the outside noise to provide a perfect gaming experience. The headset is very comfortable. The cushion is soft and fits perfectly over my ear. Overall, a good quality headset which is decently priced.

I am so lucky to have received this new model for free for sharing my opinion on it - I absolutely would recommend you to give a try. I love the sleek build, fits my head so comfortably that I don’t suffer aches like some brands cause me to have. PDP Gaming figured out the perfect construction, people! So comfort is a bold check mark. Now the sound, it’s clear and I hear everything pronounced, what a clean sound! I am absolutely smitten with this new gadget of mine, proudly so. It deserves the recognition.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Kimmy32 from Very nice and comfortable I got this LVL40 wired stereo headset for my PS4 system 2 weeks ago and absolutely loves it. It is lightweight with soft foam cupping. I remember last week I was stuck to the game almost 14 hours but my ears still not hurt or irritated thanks to this headset. I actually in need it though because my current one makes my head, neck and ears hurt after a few hours! This headset has clear sound with amazing bass. You can feel the game lively and make progress on every move. It also works on other devices too. I did a test on my computer and it works nicely. I definitely would love to recommend it.

I’ve tried all types and even the basic Skype headsets or apple headset. All versions that worked were uncomfortable or the sound was just ok the others just were useless ans never worked. The lvl40 was a bit different. It has some girth to it to make it feel quality and solid. The sound was immersive and the headphones were fit in a way to limit outside noise. The test I did was for a few hours and I never got tired of having it on like I do with a large number of headsets. I was able to focus more on the game ans not my annoyances in comfort

This headset is really comfortable and I really like that the ear pads have a good cushion.I like that the material for the ear pads is breathable so it doesn't get too hot while wearing.I am really impressed with the sound quality and bass this headset has which is really awesome for this affordable headset. I like that it's also not too heavy while wearing because I don't like heavy headsets epescially if i'm gaming for a few hours. This is compatible with Xbox One and Windows 10. The mic has decent sound and is not muffled while speaking. I also like the mute mic feature it makes using this headset more satisfying and reliable.
