Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best wireless remote My son says this remote is outstanding! First off, it was easy to configure to the nintendo switch. The lights are easy to turn on. You can either choose one solid continuous color to glow or all multiple colors flashing one after the other. my son chose the múltiple colors. The battery lasts a very long time and it comes with a usb charger to charge it if needed. This is a great addition to our home! All of the kids wanted to take turns using it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome controller I absolutely love this controller. The controller was easy to set up. It will only hook into the usb port on the Switch station, not directly into the Switch itself. Which is fine because you really would only want to use it with the TV anyway. It is wired, but the cord is 10 ft long. Much easier for adults to play the game with this than those tiny switch controllers. Switching the colors of the remote is super easy, and there's programmable buttons you can use for special moves.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from It’s the thought that counts!!! This charger seemed like a great idea and on the surface it’s a great convenience. The execution of the design leaves a little to be desired. The battery packs themselves should snap into place on the charger (ie.Small magnets) Also, if your controller has any other type of peripherals (ie. Trigger or handle extension) forget about it! I actually purchased the previous model which is a little taller... half an inch perhaps. The controllers will not set properly in the base to charge. Lastly, a light on the battery to indicate charge. The controller lights up but, you never know how much energy the external battery has!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Works great on everything EXCEPT THE PS4!!!!!!!!! this is the second one I have that does the same thing. It was an exchange replacement for the first one that literally did the exact same thing. Was able to add it to the system but like within the first few uses of pressing the ps4 button, the red light blinks 2-3 times and then becomes completely non-responsive rendering it completely useless to control the PS4 itself. Really?? Are you kidding me?? So infuriating. And no point exchanging it...clearly it's a product flaw. And based on the low rating on here, I'm not the only one that feels that way...would be awesome if PDP did something about this....or had an explanation or a some solution. Taking it to the store to exchange did no good.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works great! I received this a few days ago and it is perfect for me. Very comfortable on my head, clear sound, and my friends could hear me clearly during games. Easy to set up and get straight to working. Very minimal assembly required because its versatile for right or left wear. Also, makes it easy to break it down for storage purposes. I would recommend for anyone wanting a nice affordable headset.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lightweight Headset The PDP Gaming LVL30 Wired chat headset for PS4 is easy to use, lightweight and comfortable. It has a single headphone and a microphone that rotates 180 degrees allowing you to wear the earphone on your right ear or your left. I like the way it only features one headphone so you can still hear whats going on outside your gaming world. You can also adjust the volume from the headset. The microphone is also very lightweight and flexible and if you flip it up it will auto mute. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a nice, lightweight headset that will still keep you tuned into the real world around you.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Almost perfect media remote for XBox The remote works very well on my 1st gen Xbox One. It has a good field of view(?) on the emitter, it sends signals at a high frequency so scrolling is smoother and the letter buttons allow you to enter text with much less hassle. The motion-activated backlight works well and is highly sensitive: if I can't find the remote in the dark, I just smack my coffee table and the keypad lights up if it's on there. My only gripe is that the battery cover is not held on securely and it periodically falls off, though the batteries do not fall out. If that cover had a more positive locking mechanism then I'd give a full 5 stars.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Looks Cheap, but Feels Great Was looking for a good wireless controller for my Switch Lite, and couldn't spare the cash for the Pro Wireless. I picked up one of these at a local GameStop on sale and was surprised at the build quality of the Afterglow. There is zero plastic flex in the controller, the buttons feel great, especially the triggers and the extra paddles on the back. Holds up even to frustrating Smash battles and Monster Hunter fights. Pairs quickly and without problems, and the battery life has never been a problem yet, and the LEDs are fun to play with, surprisingly. My only complaint is the smooth plastic becomes hard to grip without breaks to wipe down the controller and dry your hands.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pretty good design, Xbox! Pretty good design, Xbox! !! My entire family loves the sleek design of the PDP Gaming Single Ultra Slim Charge System and while NO CONTROLLER is included... the fact that it comes with one rechargeable battery, dock, USB cord, and 2 battery doors is extremely convenient. I really like that it works with Xbox X, S, & One but the included battery is rated for 1100mAh capacity which is pretty LOW capacity but I guess if you keep the controller on the docking station when you are not using it, the battery will stay powered. My family loves to play games in the dark and the green glow auto-dimming lights were unintrusive as was the small LED light on the front of the charger that shows you the charge status of the controller.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Mic cut out !!! I was on a party with my friends. Worked perfectly fine. Went into a game with another friend worked perfectly fine. Got added into a party and the mic just cut out. Yet I could hear everything the other gamers were saying. And the gameplay sounds were on the tv not in my headset. I will be returning this headset and buying another brand.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from No Changing Batteries! Our one remote is always dying and we use rechargeable batteries so having this is so great! We just let the controller charge over night every two days and it lasts between charges. It was easy to set up and connect. The remote has a good hand feel and is heavier than it looks which feels like good quality. The buttons have been great so far and no sticking joy sticks. Overall, I definitely recommend this controller. It feels great when playing and last a great amount of time in between charges.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it! I use my Xbox to watch a lot of movies and shows, and whenever a streaming service asks the inevitable "are you still watching?" I don't always feel like turning on my regular controller just to press A. That's why I love this gaming media remote! It's small, cute, and useful! Great to have with my new Xbox!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Stopped working after less than a month After less than a month, the controller stopped turning on. I'm charging it by plugging it into the usb port on the switch console. It glows red until it gets charged then it turns green. But, when I disconnect to pair it, it won't turn on again. Less than a month of use. Garbage controller

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Almost perfect Switch Pro substitute I have been using this since Christmas, I was very impressed with the build quality and casing, the 90s transparent skeleton and interactive light system is unlike anything out there! Overall a solid controller with comfortable button placements, clicky analog sticks with great grip (rivalling those of Nintendo's official controllers!) the only thing cutting its success short is the lack of a few features such as a USB-C charging port, battery indicator within the switch system as well as calibration and button mapping settings although the presence of the additional back shoulder buttons makes up for it!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very Poor Picking Up A Connection I bought this a couple weeks ago to try and save battery life with my controllers. It came packaged really nicely and came really fast, but the second I put in the batteries it immediately had problems connecting to my xbox and registering when I press anything. The signal is so bad. I literally have aimed it straight at the system and it struggles immensely to register when I press a button on the remote. I've never used a remote with such bad connectivity. It's a shame, because it looks great, came quickly, and was packaged as you would expect from xbox but the connectivity is horrible beyond belief.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing!!! I got the Play and Charge Case for my daughters Switch a few weeks ago for a toad trip we were taking but let me tell you, this case has become an everyday use item. My daughter has a ptoblem, like most kids, with keeping her games and such organized but with this case her games, cobtrollers and main unit stay perfectly organized. Its a hard case so it keeps it all protected and also doubles as a stand so she can play or watch movies anywhere. The AC outlet allows her to charge a where ever we are. Definitely a game changer in our house. Love this case. Oh, and its very compact so it really saves space

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Product Just got it in the mail yesterday and already its butter than my last travel case. I went physical with my Switch and it fits one of my 24ct game cases and it have space for 6 additional games. I'd say 30 games is sufficient for the average gamer.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great buy if you're looking for portability I've been using it for the past few weeks now and I really enjoy it! I bought it for the sake of having a more portable controller option that isn't just the joy-con and it's been a pleasure to use. I do slightly miss the inclusion of rumble, but it isn't a dealbreaker. Other than that, the only other "weird" thing was that the swapped placement of the home/screenshot button with the plus/minus buttons was a little strange to get used to at first. I can see this being a great controller for those wanting a "pro-controller" style controller that's a little smaller and a little cheaper. Nintendo's own pro-controller is an obviously superior product, but I would definitely recommend this controller to those that prioritize portability and cost.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Nice but, Nice feeling remote. Feels nice in your hands. I like how with movement the buttons light up. Here’s the issue. The volume button doesn’t work. It has been paired, unpaired and paired again and the volume button still doesn’t work. I’m seeing people on the internet having the same issue. Some think that after an update the volume button stopped working. I’m not sure and the resources to find a solution are few. Microsoft and PDP need to fix this or remove it from their store. I didn’t even want this remote. I wanted the new one designed for the series X but it seems to never be in stock. Microsoft why list stuff on your website if it doesn’t work or you can’t keep it in stock? I thought you were here to sell products. Not just display them. It’s frustrating enough it took forever to get a series X and I’m sure others can’t even find one. Fix your production issues. And the manual is a joke. PDP website gives you program codes for different manufacturers tv’s. But has no walkthrough how to program those codes on their remote. Or I couldn’t find the literature.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Absolutely awesome! Not only does this greatly extend my play time but the external batteries are lightweight and make it so easy to just drop the controller on the charger! No fiddling with the connections to insert anything to the controller. I wish everything could be designed this well. 6 stars out of 5! In addition, since PS5 is compatible with these controllers, I don't plan to buy a new slew of controllers for next-gen. Hope this will do the job for a looong time! My neighbor's has lasted 3yrs already without problems. I just decided to take the plunge for myself. Thanks PDP, you guys are awesome!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great product…for only five of the Pixel Pals The product works fine…with only five of the Pixel Pals that exist. They made a different USB adapter that works with the majority of the Pixel Pals that apparently is no longer in production. If you have the three Link or the original SMB Pixel Pals, these work great. I would implore PDP to continue production on the other version of the USB adapters that work with the majority of the Pixel Pals, and to be upfront about which adapters work with which Pixel Pals.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Enhances Gaming The Joy-Con Charging Grip Plus really enhances Nintendo Switch gaming. The grips are very comfortable and it really feels like a regular controller. Adding the Nintendo Joy-Con controllers are very easy. They fit perfectly and makes sure there is not wiggling. The cord is super long so you can charge the controllers and continue to play. The indicator light on the bottom lets you know when the controllers are fully charged. I have two little girls who love to play the Switch and this makes it much easier for them to control. Everything about this product is great and I would recommend it to anyone.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worse than the original mic for ag9 Too loose, constantly cutting out or static. Turn my head slightly too fast and it'll fall out. Floppy, doesn't hold curve and angle good enough.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from PdP afterglow wireless Nintendo switch controller I have tested the pdp afterglow wireless controller very well, while playing the new Pokémon sword game. I used this all throughout finishing the game, and I must say it’s an amazing controller. Battery life is great and I didn’t experience any type of input lag or latency from the controller to the switch. It feels very good in the hand similar to an Xbox one controller. All the buttons are very clicky and responsive and feel good. The color lighting in the controller is an additional bonus that make it look even better especially while playing in the dark :) you can choose from different colors and modes and they look fantastic. I would definitely recommend anybody looking for a switch wireless controller to pick this one up from PDP. You won’t be disappointed. Worth every penny!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect Charger for the Perfect Game! The PDP Gaming Single Ultra Slim Charge System is the perfect charger for a perfect game! The charger system works excellent. When you place your controller on the charger it snaps into place giving you the peace of mind that it’s on the charging system and charging. The neat thing is the LED light that indicates the controller is being charged, taking the guess work out of it. So many times, my husband would complain that his controller wasn’t charged when it was left on the charge for hours. Not this controller it’s charged every time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Keeps My Remote always Charged!! Great product! It is easy to set up, all you have to do is insert the rechargeable battery and one of the two lids that comes with the package and you’re ready to go. I’ve yet needed to proactively recharge the remote since every time I set it down on the holder it does it for me. The design is nice, it utilizes magnets to set into place for perfect charging every time. It is a great product, it charges quickly, and is convenient. Highly recommended.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy charging I love this charging station. It is small and easy to blend in with any entertainment setup and the magnetic guide to get the controller in the appropriate position to charge works amazingly. The only downside I could think of is the s design of the battery and cover door, it isn’t the most aesthetically pleasing but that is a minor unavoidable part of having a charging dock. The battery life is good, and the lighting to designate the charging status is also a nice touch. I have experienced a few issues with the battery causing the controller to freeze and then having to remove and reset everything but it is a minor inconvenience. The control hub is also pretty nice when you have this and other pdp products. Overall I am very happy and love the station.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pleasantly surprised! I did not expect to like this controller and mostly got it for when my niece and nephew come over. As it turns out, it's really nice! The shape is a bit odd and the buttons are small, but it is supposed to be a tiny controller, and I got used to it really quickly! My favorite feature is of course how it is wireless. At first I thought it might be uncomfortable to hold, but I actually like it a lot. I play on my Switch quite a bit, and while this controller isn't my favorite one, it's still really nice! Oh, and not that it matters, but the controller itself is SUPER cute.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Delivers A Pro Controller Level of Quality As I've been someone who has used a Pro Controller almost exclusively since Day 1, I'm intimately aware of everything to do with its overall feel so it makes me very picky when I pick up anything else. The Afterglow Wireless Deluxe Controller is really the first third party wireless controller I've ever picked up that in any way feels comparable. Its weight, dimensions, and general essence make moving between the two about as seamless as you could hope, though there are minor differences. First, the finish on the controller's surface is more clearly plastic and in tactile terms feels polished versus the more matte feel of the Pro. Second, the ridge on the dual joysticks is raised a bit more, which takes a little getting used to but one could argue may be helpful in keeping it from slipping during intense play. Last, the layout of the home, screen capture, +, and - buttons is a bit different and higher... though that doesn't really have any negative impact. The only feature this controller lacks is rumble, but considering it's a bit cheaper that feels like a more than fair concession. In exchange you also get the LED lighting which not everyone may think it a plus but personally my wife actually loves. The fact that I could tweak it to glow purple makes her happy and if you had more than one in the house it would make it easy to know whose is whose. Gyro controls not only work, but moving between the two controllers in games that make use of them I couldn't really detect any difference in performance between them. The added triggers on the back of the controller aren't something I found helpful (I found them too easily to trip accidentally) but since you can remove the plate for them very easily it's a nice option to have. If the lack of a rumble feature isn't a dealbreaker I'd absolutely recommend this controller to anyone. If this would be your first pro-style controller I'd be even more enthusiastic in that since its price is lower and most of my observations wouldn't even apply since you wouldn't know any better. It feels surprisingly good to hold and play with, the LED lighting is fun and distinctive, and this is absolutely a terrific product without question.
