PDP eCommerce Order and Delivery Processes
Order Confirmation & Tracking
After you have submitted your order, we will provide an "order confirmation number" of order acceptance. Please reference this number with any subsequent communications with us. Once the order has shipped, we will also email you the "Shipping Tracking Number", which you may use on the transportation carrier’s (Fed Ex or U.S. Post Office) web site to track your shipment.
Order Processing and Delivery
If an order is accepted and processed then this product is available in our distribution center and is available for shipping. Orders are usually processed within 1 business day (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after order confirmation. After an order is processed, the time of delivery is determined by the shipping method.
Orders, once processed, cannot be cancelled.
PDP does not currently process orders or ship on weekends. Weekend days should not be considered when calculating your delivery date.
Shipping and Handling
All shipments are handled by either Fed Ex or the U.S Postal Service (U.S.P.S). Transit time is a function of the class of service selected and the destination distance from our distribution center located in Southern California. Fed Ex shipments cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box, but USPS shipments can.
Allow 1 business day for order processing + transit times.
Super Saver (2-5 Days) = This is the USPS service
Express Ground (2-3 Days) = This is the FedEx "Express Saver" service
Overnight (Next Day after order processing) = This is FedEx Standard Overnight Service
Continental U.S.- Shipping is currently available only to United States locations (lower 48 states + Hawaii and Alaska).
Holiday Shipping Schedule- Fed Ex and other shipping companies have special pick-up and delivery schedules for the holidays. Please keep this in mind when ordering items during the holiday season. During the holidays, we will make every effort to deliver your package on time, but we advise that orders placed after December 12 may not arrive on December 24.
Please be sure a valid email, phone number, and shipping address is provided so that we can contact you in case they have difficulty finding your address or making a delivery.
We make every attempt to ship within 1 business day, but please be aware that in some cases it might take longer.
There is a slight chance that our system will indicate that an item is in stock, when in fact we might have just sold the last item (while you were ordering), but the system has not been updated. In this instance, we will advise you when we can fill this order.
Occasionally a product will be mishandled, lost or damaged in shipping. If this has happened to your order, please call the transportation provider (Fed Ex or U.S.P.S) who delivered your order to activate their claims program. We are not responsible for breakage, crushed, lost, or tampered cartons.
Are accepted on select items, and will be noted on the site accordingly.
This product is not currently offered on line. Please visit one of our sponsored retailers or check back later.
This is an active product but is currently out of stock. We have replenishment product ordered and can process your order when stock is received. Please check back periodically to check on availability.
Performance Designed Products warrants to the original consumer purchaser that the product will be free from defects in materials and/or workmanship for the length of time specified in the Warranty Period, beginning from the date of purchase. If a defect covered by this warranty occurs during this period, Performance Designed Products at its option will repair or replace, at no charge, any part that Performance Designed Products determines to be defective.

For any unusual situation that does not meet these conditions contact a Customer Service Representative for instructions.
If we make a mistake in filling your order, we will pay for shipping both ways and get the correct product back at no cost to you. If you believe there was an error on your order contact Customer Support.
PDP will not issue a refund for your on-line purchase, but will accept returned product(s) purchased from pdp.com, within 30 days of original purchase, in exchange for replacement product of equal or lesser value, and sent to the same purchaser and shipping address as the original order. Returned product must be in the original, unopened packaging and include any manuals, cabling and accessories. We will not accept any returned products that do not meet these requirements.
