Either include shipping for free or state otherwise up front... total waste of time pisses me off!

    Totally agree with Francis Morris.

If you have more than just blue, state the other colors instead of just getting sending a red one when I'm expecting a cool blue one.

  • December 10, 2010

Have to agree with Francis and Joe also woul be nice to know up-front if the sizes mentioned are for adults or children but all in all a (semi)free shirt for the item I purchased (that I needed any ways) cool offer keep up the good work ! p.s. love the product

I can see you lot are that happy But I opened my box found a code, registered and blow mw down with a feather you can only put an address in from America. Not alot of use if you live in the UK!!!! Look at the company info and they are supposed to be Global with a base here. Total con and I suppose are Trading standard association will love this one? Hope they read this or is this another one of these blogs companies offer to seem bigger than they are??

  • December 18, 2010

Even though the comment posted by sparky had terrible spelling and grammar, I agree that the stickers shouldn't be posted on your products that are being shipped to Canada. I just bought your Afterglow controller only to find out that you guys are shipping only to the US. Whats up with that? Good job (but not really).

  • December 21, 2010

Granted, this shirt is only available to the people in the U.S. but all that aside, I had no issues with the $3 shipping, nor with entering my code and getting my order processed through. :)

    by theartisanrogue
  • December 21, 2010

No problems ordering, or entering my code. I didn't know I had a code until I opened my package. A shirt, no matter if it's blue or red, for $2.99 shipping is just fine by me! I can't believe the compainers that posted before me. A shirt, for 3 bucks, only if you want it... Sounds good.

    by R MIKE PETERSON
  • December 21, 2010

You guys really need to calm down, it is just a shirt. And just because you can't get one doesn't mean you have to get all butthurt about it. you have a new controller for you system so be happy! Oh, i do love the PS3 Tron controller. little constructive criticism; make te springs for the L and R sticks to be a bit weaker so they can be moved more easily. that is me just being VERY picky.

    by Thomas Connors
  • December 24, 2010

I just tried to order my shirt, but when ever i entered my info it just brought me back to the beginning. Am I doing it right or am I going to wind up with 3 shirts?

    by Cody
  • December 24, 2010

Well Mike I dont think people are "complaining" about having to pay $2.99 for a shirt. And Thomas I promise you Im not going to get all "bumhurt" about the fact I cannot recieve one either. What I am complaining and getting all bumhurt about is the fact that I tried to order 3 afterglow controllers for my PS3 to replace the ones I have. As well as 3 packages of trigger buttons from theyre website. Only to find I need an U.S address for shipping and billing! And as Alan the stig said this company advertises itself as a GLOBAL company. Well a global company does not restrict it's online products availability to just 1 country. Nor would you think that a company that supplies products for a multi billion dollar industry (being the gaming industry), would also limit theyre internet sales and profits to just 1 country. It's basically throwing money away by doing so! If this company wants to be bigger and better company then it needs to be available globally. As a former employee of an importing/exporting company you learn very quickly just how finacially important exporting your product through internet sales can be for growth of a company, and for profits. But until this company expands then like Elliot says they shouldnt attach "Promo stickers" on products shipped outside of the U.S. They would save money by doing so with not wasting stickers and by cutting a step out of the packaging process. This will save them time and money which they can use towards being a bigger and better company. But until then I guess I will save my promo code in hopes that availability issues change. Lol.

I just got my controller for Christmas, and noticed a rewards sticker. I came to the website to see what it was all about and yes I am disappointed to find out that it is only in the US. I would even pay more S&H to get one.

    by David77
  • December 27, 2010

wow looks like they have many international consumers such as many of us Canadians. This is what I call a marketing fail, something i'd show my marketing class. Ok, this offer is amazing i mean I love my controller that I bought and a $3 t-shirt is an awesome deal so the product is good but why give the reward deal internationally and then only ship in the U.S.. That is like promising a kid your gonna give him ice cream after a ball game then you say no because its too far from the stadium knowing that it was too far. This pissed me off. Please ship internationaly or atleast Canada lol jk. 10/10 for products and 5/10 for customer service and satisfaction

    by marco
  • December 29, 2010

This is by far the worst marketing ploy I have ever witnessed. It is not good to engender the hatred of the public because PDP will be the mark of death for consumer products marketers based on what you are doing here.

Fail! Just opened my Epic Mickey paintbrush, and I keep getting a error code that states the code is an invalid length. What extra numbers or letters did you add in my code there PDP. Fail!

  • December 29, 2010

My son received 2 products with these codes over the holidays. Club Nintendo is wonderful & I expected this to be similar. I guess not. What would a 9 year old do with 2 adult t-shirts which advertise a product he doesn't use? I wouldn't mind paying shipping on useful items...

I wish you people were more up front with your "PDP Rewards". I know our population up here in Canada is only 34 million and the population of California is 37 million. If you're going to sell products up here then make your rewards program work up here too.The next time I need something that PDP Manufactures I will remember how you treat Canadians and maybe buy from one of your competitors.

  • January 02, 2011

I ordered the t-shirt, but I have two codes and do not want another t-shirt. I think there should be more things to get with your reward codes. Hope to see other things as well. Can't beat a t-shirt for s&h though.

  • January 02, 2011

I just bought two items with these codes on them and they dont even work says that the code is too long, but the numbers match on the sticker they give u, what kind of bull crap is that,

  • January 02, 2011

You really shouldn't send out "free rewards" offer nationwide if not offered outside the U.S. I have a really disasppointed 9 year old who was really looking forward to his shirt when he saw them, only to learn after registering that they arn't available in CANADA. VERY UNCOOL.

    by Jerry
  • January 08, 2011

Never expect any company to do free shipping and handling, if you do, well your setting yourself up for a let down. The S&H fee was cheap, and the shirt is really nice. It is made of a really nice material, the only downside is that it has to be washed in cold water. So it will rarely get washed. I do love the shirt, I have another code to use sometime, but im wondering if they plan on having another reward in the near future. I may just get another shirt... they really are fantastic, sorry Canada, you really are missing out. Its not just your cheap cotton t-shirt with a logo thrown on, it is a very nice quality shirt.

I have to agree that it should be noted in the product description that multiple shirt colors are available/will be sent. It's still a free shirt, and I appreciate it. A "Heads up" would be nice, but either way, thanks for the reward!

Along with all the issues that have already been noted you might want to consider a couple more things - 1. Not everyone fits in a size S-M-L-XL 2. If you happen to buy 2 (or 3!) items with codes do you really want 2 (or 3) of the same shirt????

Hey all, I just purchased a pdp aw.1 controller and a pdp aw.2 mum-chuck controller for my Wii. The controllers work great and look freaking awesome. Entered my 2 codes for my 2 shirts, says my codes are invalid and my check out total is invalid. I got an idea. I will make a copy of the 2 rewards stickers, write a check for $6 bucks and snail mail it to you all so you all can mail me my 2 shirts. Does that sound plausible???

...and once again, canadians get screwed over. so, our money is good enough for you but you can't be bothered to ship to canada. -__- why are you even including the promo sticker in international shipments? so we can get excited and then kicked back down when we see only US residents can have it. *sighs* we're not exactly overseas y'know.

"We apologize for those of you who reside outside of the USA, as we presently do not ship to anywhere other than the USA."by PDP_Candace Hey Candace, WHY doesn't PDP ship outside the U.S.? You spam the same message here on the comments board but haven't yet, as far as I can see, explain WHY. Give me a viable explanation and I'll consider buying another of your products, with 3 different systems here and 4 kids that go through them faster than you can imagine I spend a lot on gaming peripherals but will not lose a second of sleep if I end up spending a bit more on a company that actually understands there is a whole planet that exists outside the borders of the U.S......not trying to P.O. the Americans posting on here, just want more of an explanation from you Candace/PDP. You have a great product here, don't alienate the rest of the world for NO REASON.

  • February 19, 2011

'Free' reward then asks for your payment details? Does not even tell you how much shipping etc would be - is this just a scam, a con? Really puts me off buying anything from this company ever again.

    by Steve
  • March 14, 2011

Very disappointed with PDP right now. I went and put in the code and I had no problems paying for the shipping. This is understood so I've no problem with it. What I do have a problem with is the message saying that no shipping method was selected when in fact it was...more than once. At this point, I'm wondering if this is just a scam to get credit card accounts. Either fix your problem now or the word will be spread. Also disappointed that you cannot delete your account from the site. Douchebag way of harvesting information on people.

NO CHIT THERE MADE ME WASTE A LOT OF TIME BAD ENOUGH I WAIST ENOUGH ON THE VIDEO GAMESSSSSS BUT W.T.H. is another 1/2 an hour on this????? but really they coulda posted it somewhere on the product, sticker, for god sakes somewhere????? And also in all reality they coulda covered the S&H costs due to the fact that this s**t always breaks (dunno u judge) MADE IN CHINA with the earhtquake and all, but that 2.99 or more will never go to that fund you can take your "free t-shirt" and give it to someone who can use it over there u bumz!!!!!!

I don't really understand why everyone is having such a problem wit the codes and making such a big deal about paying for the shipping and handling. It's optional, it's not required, your getting a decent shirt for the sum of the $3 which would probably cost close to $15 if you were to buy it anyways. I bought the controller and had this added bonus in the box, I wasn't even expecting it to be there. Just got mine in the mail today and with happy with what I received and the transaction was quick and easy. Keep it up PDP, thanks for the awesome controller and free shirt!
